Job summary

BYD seeks a seasoned after sales leader to manage regional service operations for overseas markets. You will drive dealer network development, service capability, warranty and CSI, aligning with HQ targets to sustain brand reputation and growth.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive after sales, overseas experience, and strong cross-functional coordination. English proficiency is essential; Arabic is a plus. Willing to travel long-term.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of after sales experience in automotive OEM, preferably overseas market/export.
• Deep understanding of dealer service management, warranty, and CSI.
• Proven experience in overseas region management, dealer development and performance improvement.
• Strong business acumen, KPI driven, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willing to take long-term overseas assignments or frequent overseas travel and adapt to cross-cultural environment.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Familiar with MS Office; experience in automotive DMS/after sales systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the after sales business & service operations for assigned overseas regions/markets.
• Drive dealer network development, service capability improvement, customer satisfaction, parts & service revenue, warranty & quality control, and regional after sales strategy execution.
• Develop and implement regional after sales strategy & business plan aligned with HQ targets.
• Manage overseas dealer service network: appointment, audit, training, performance evaluation and improvement.
• Lead regional service capability building: technician & service advisor training, process standardization, tool & equipment promotion.
• Manage regional warranty policy, claim audit, quality feedback and field issues tracking & closure.
• Monitor and improve CSI/NPS and handle critical customer/escalated complaints.
• Lead cross-functional coordination (product, logistics, quality, finance) to ensure regional after sales operation efficiency.

Position Objective

Lead and manage the after sales business & service operations for assigned overseas regions/markets. Key Objectives

• Develop and implement regional after sales strategy & business plan in line with OEM global/headquarter targets.
• Manage and develop overseas dealer service network: appointment, audit, training, performance evaluation and improvement.
• Lead regional service capability building: technician & service advisor training, service process standardization, tool & equipment promotion.

• Manage service campaigns, recall/field action, technical support and service operation compliance in the region.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Automotive Engineering, Mechanical, Business Management or related.
• 5+ years of after sales working experience in automotive OEM, preferably with overseas market / export / international after sales experience.
