Job summary

HCP Automotive is seeking an experienced Head of Aftersales to oversee service, parts and workshop operations across its Jeddah and Riyadh locations. The role focuses on commercial performance, customer experience and adherence to manufacturer standards.

You will drive productivity and profitability, manage senior site leaders, and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and regional teams to ensure high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of management experience in automotive aftersales, ideally in a franchised and multi-brand environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing performance against targets.
• Sound understanding of workshop productivity, parts performance and customer service.
• Ability to build, develop and hold teams accountable to high standards.
• Experience managing relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead service, parts and workshop operations across two sites (Jeddah and Riyadh).

Job description

Our client is a multi-brand franchised automotive business with aftersales operations in Jeddah and Riyadh. As the business continues to develop, they are seeking an experienced Head of Aftersales to take overall responsibility for the performance and development of the aftersales function across both locations.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the service, parts and workshop operations across both sites, with accountability for commercial performance, customer experience, standards and manufacturer requirements.

You will work closely with the General Manager and the OEMs' regional teams, providing clear direction to site leadership while maintaining a strong understanding of operating performance. A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to improve productivity, profitability and customer retention, while ensuring consistently high standards across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can balance strategy with close attention to day-to-day performance.

The Candidate

You will have at least 7-10 years of management experience in automotive aftersales, ideally within a franchised and multi-brand environment, with a strong understanding of workshop, service and parts operations.
