Job summary
A leading global shipping company in Riyadh is seeking a Transportation Specialist to manage and grow relationships with key shipper accounts. The role requires B2B/SME customer service experience preferably in logistics. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive shipper experience, processing shipping inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams. Candidates should possess analytical skills and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. A graduate degree is mandatory, and proficiency in Excel is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or operations, preferably in shipping & logistics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
- Strong data-driven and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Deliver positive experience to assigned shipper accounts.
- Help refine the business value proposition.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping-related issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately.
- Identify and escalate critical issues when necessary.
