JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager, Planning to oversee our project planning efforts. This leadership role will involve developing and implementing effective planning strategies that align with the overall objectives of our projects. The Senior Manager will work closely with project teams to ensure that plans are well-defined, followed, and adapted as necessary to address changing conditions.

In this position, you will lead a talented planning team, focusing on optimizing the planning process to minimize risks and ensure successful project delivery. You will also be instrumental in fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows effectively and that all parties are aligned on project goals.

• Collaborate with project management and execution teams to ensure seamless integration of plans into overall project delivery methodology.
• Evaluate project progress regularly, assessing risks and identifying mitigation measures as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Ensure that the planning team adheres to established schedule management protocols and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in the planning process, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Participate in the review and validation of baseline and target schedules to ensure accuracy before submission.
• Drive the team's engagement in regular project updates and progress meetings, emphasizing transparency and accountability.
