A Masseur is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice, and tours of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction in all Spa services in accordance with company standards.

What will I be doing?

• Attending Hilton trainings and monthly departmental meetings
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in the department
• Reporting maintenance issues to the Front Office Manager
• Assisting in all operational areas as requested
• Being aware of current and future hotel services
• Adhering to the departmental budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
• Providing efficient guest service from arrival to check-out, including booking, changing, and cancelling appointments, and upselling retail
• Scheduling and confirming massage reservations accurately
• Processing billing and posting for spa and retail services, reporting discrepancies
• Explaining spa treatments and packages to guests
• Greeting and welcoming guests and staff according to brand standards
• Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of locker areas, lounge, steam/sauna, prep rooms, and restrooms
• Ensuring proper stock of water and beverages, setting up and breaking down beverage stations
• Assisting guests and providing personal training sessions if necessary
• Maintaining fitness equipment and coordinating with service representatives for maintenance
• Ensuring audio-visual equipment is well maintained

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have:

• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance instructions
• Experience in hospitality or customer service industry
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities involving multiple variables
• At least 1 year of experience in spa or hospitality industry

Preferred qualifications include experience in a resort or wellness-related field.
