VirtuCruit is partnering with a leading Saudi group to launch an innovative automotive platform headquartered in Riyadh. We are hiring a Marketing Director to build the brand identity and position the platform as a leader in Saudi Arabias evolving mobility sector.

Role Overview

The Marketing Director will be responsible for brand creation, go-to-market strategy, and omnichannel campaigns. This role requires expertise in consumer engagement, digital-first marketing, and large-scale campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Development: Establish and manage the platforms brand voice, visual identity, and positioning.
• Integrated Marketing: Lead digital, traditional, and influencer marketing campaigns to maximize reach.
• Customer Engagement: Build loyalty and engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Public Relations: Manage PR, sponsorships, and media relations to position the platform as an industry leader.
• Market Insights: Use analytics and customer insights to shape marketing strategies.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of marketing leadership, with strong GCC market experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in launching and scaling brands.
• Experience in automotive, mobility, or digital consumer platforms preferred.
