Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaign ideas to capture target audience interest.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content for various platforms
- Manage and inspire a team of marketers, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to achieve campaign goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
- Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Monitor campaign progress and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, audience behaviors, and competitors to inform campaign strategies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in campaign management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
- Strong creative thinking and content ideation abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
