The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to develop professional skills in project management within a fast-paced business environment.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Track project deliverables and deadlines, reporting updates to the Project Manager.
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, files, and progress reports.
- Assist in identifying risks or delays and propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Eligible as per Tamheer program regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop project coordination skills.
- Based full-time in Riyadh.
