About the location

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About The Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the People & Culture team at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle — from job postings and candidate coordination to onboarding logistics — ensuring that all new hires experience the warmth and professionalism synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and departmental leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for all candidates.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage communication with candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and a world-class candidate experience.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in executing recruitment campaigns for both local and international roles.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in coordinating pre-employment requirements such as medicals, visas, and documentation for new hires.
  • Prepare employment offer letters and ensure proper filing of recruitment-related documents.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs and timelines.
  • Support onboarding activities, including welcome communication, coordination of arrival logistics, and preparation of employee materials.
  • Assist with the implementation of recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the hotel’s employer brand.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and local labor regulations in all recruitment activities.
What You Bring
  • Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or human resources, ideally within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for people and hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with recruitment or HR systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.
