Overview

Reporting to : Sr.
HR Manager Location: On site , Riyadh , KAFD Company: Mirai a Scopely Company Employment Type: Full-time We’re seeking a talented and motivated Compensation and Benefits Lead to join our growing team in Riyadh!
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR and Finance functions to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of all things related to compensation, benefits, and payroll in compliance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s labor regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees, including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and any applicable adjustments.
  • Maintain full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) regulations.
  • Calculate and process monthly GOSI deductions for Saudi and non-Saudi employees as per current rates and guidelines.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and data summaries for finance and audit purposes.
  • Ensure payroll records, employee files, and related documentation are maintained securely and compliantly.
  • Prepare the monthly provision for all employees’ additional benefits based on their company contract, such as annual bonuses or performance incentives.
  • Compensation & Benefits Manage and implement performance-based salary increases and semi-annual bonuses using employee scope and KPIs (e.g., Scopely framework).
  • Keep track monthly of all employees benefits distribution – such as expat airline tickets and gym, education and other allowances based on employment contract and internal company policy.
  • Calculate End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) accurately in accordance with Article 84 of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure all compensation elements are reflected correctly in HRIS and ERP systems.
  • Ensure new employees are added to medical insurance plans, including dependents Review compensation benchmarking in partnership with parent company annually.
  • General Data Accuracy & Process Improvement Keep up-to-date with changes in Saudi labor and GOSI regulations and ensure timely policy updates.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation to external and internal auditors.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements in payroll and compensation procedures.
  • Ensure information is up to date across all relevant government websites on behalf of the company and stay updated on all government support programs the company can enroll in.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and compensation, preferably within the KSA market.
  • In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Wage Protection System (WPS), and EOSB calculations.
  • Hands‑on experience with HR/payroll systems (e.g., Mudad, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
