Speech Therapist for Indian Community in Medina

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Medina, specifically catering to the Indian community. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with patients of all ages and their families to develop personalized treatment plans to improve communication skills and quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Implement therapy techniques and activities to improve speech, language, voice, and swallowing skills
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and educators, to provide holistic care for patients
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication at home
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on advancements in the field of speech therapy

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid license or certification for practice as a Speech Therapist in Medina (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience working with Indian communities is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus)
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

This is a full-time job with a salary of 1700$. The working hours may vary depending on patient needs. As this is an urgent position, candidates must be available to start immediately.
