We are seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized exercise plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for clients of all fitness levels. You will also assist in organizing group fitness classes and promoting our services to attract new clients.
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and fitness levels
- Create personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique is used
- Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to help them reach their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Organize and lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to: strength training, cardio, yoga, etc.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Promote our services through word-of-mouth marketing, social media, and other advertising methods to attract new clients
- Certification in personal training from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Personal Trainer with a diverse clientele
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Ability to create effective workout plans for different fitness levels and goals
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to motivate others
- Knowledge of various exercise equipment/machines
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Salary: 1800 USD per month with the option for commission based on client retention. Accommodation will also be provided.
