Job Description Summary
The Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist maintains and audits procedures, plans, systems and conducts high-level analytics, which includes but is not limited to: patient safety, accreditation activities, regulatory inspections, policies and procedures compliance, clinical and environmental risk management, and related data management to ensure JHAH’s optimal use of resources and timely achievement of project timeframes related to continuous quality improvements.

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree: Nursing, Quality, Clinical, Allied Health, Management, or other Health Care related discipline.
Professional Certifications Required
REQUIRED:
Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
PREFERRED:
Certified Professional in Project Management (PMP), Accreditation or Quality related projects/experiences/certifications.
Years of Experience
Minimum 9 years' experience in business improvement, continuous quality initiatives and/or project management (ideally in a healthcare setting).
Languages
English: Advanced; Arabic: Advanced
