A Reputable Company located in Saudi Arabia - Makkah is seeking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager.

Main Duties:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and hotel management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations.
• Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
• Assist in risk management and problem resolution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction, or hotel operations.
• Preferably holds certifications such as CAPM or PMP.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
