Job description

A leading cybersecurity organization is seeking an XSOAR Deployment & Integration Engineer for a 6‑month extendable contract based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in deploying, integrating, and customizing XSOAR, including playbook development using the legacy specification, and will be comfortable working in complex security environments. While Splunk administration experience is a plus, the primary focus is on XSOAR automation and orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure XSOAR platforms to enable advanced security automation and orchestration.
• Integrate XSOAR with multiple cybersecurity tools (SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, etc.) to streamline incident response workflows.
• Develop and maintain XSOAR playbooks using the older specification format for compatibility with existing environments.
• Collaborate with Palo Alto Networks and customer teams to design bespoke automation solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customer teams on XSOAR best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to XSOAR integrations and playbook execution.
• Stay current with Palo Alto Networks XSOAR updates and security automation trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in XSOAR deployment, integration, and playbook development (including legacy spec).
• Familiarity with Splunk administration (dashboard creation, query optimization) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence workflows.
• PCSAE certification (Palo Alto Networks Certified Security Automation Engineer) is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
