Job summary

A leading medical technology company is seeking a Territory Lead for their Trauma & Extremities Division in Saudi Arabia. This role involves establishing relationships with customers, managing sales activities, and ensuring product delivery and training. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English. Experience in the Orthopaedics industry is highly preferred. This position is field-based with no travel requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years commercial experience as territory lead or similar.
• Experience in Orthopaedics industry (Trauma, Extremities, Joint Replacement, etc.).
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with customers.
• Track trends, competitors, and legal regulations.
• Carry out sales activities according to regional targets.
• Plan, implement, and report customer visits.
• Evaluate proposals from customers and prepare material lists.
• Inform customers about purchasing methods and cooperate with tenders.
• Track material delivery dates and communicate with customers.
• Deliver and install materials; provide user training.
• Follow up on collections with Finance.
• Communicate customer feedback to management.
• Prepare Congress/Demo materials.
• Support logistics when needed.
