About the role:

To lead the team in the Warehouse to ensure that all spares and supplies for the Arable farms are available within timeframes specified by the Arable Farm Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities and lead the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Optimize Facility Utilization: Ensure warehouse space is fully utilized and maintain adequate stock levels of consumables to support operations.
• Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and year-end inventory in compliance with departmental and finance procedures.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards and Health & Safety requirements in line with company policies.
• Team Development: Foster skill enhancement and knowledge growth within the warehouse team through training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience relevant to the role)
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years in a similar role within an FMCG warehouse environment.
• Fluent in English
