Job Description

• Performance of utilities routines defined by the business needs (water records, wastewater sample collection, energy records, SEO digital, environmental records as needed).
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Update logs, service reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure the proper waste segregation and report the non-compliance.
• Maintain the utilities equipment in a good level of reliability and condition.
• Adhere to audit standards.
• Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE)
• Treat the utilities and environment non-confirmities.
• Review the operational standards for utilities.
• Perform the preventive maintenance of the utility machineries including ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC system, freon DX units, compressed air system, water supply system, hot water system, cold water system, wastewater and drainage system.
• Maintain 5S standard in utilities area
• Participate in general maintenance activities whenever required.
• Contact the suppliers and vendors for spare parts and services as required.
• Diagnose issues in utility systems and perform corrective actions.

Academic Background

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
