A leading biopharma company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Utilities & Facilities Technician. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of various facility systems, including plumbing and HVAC. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and several years of experience in industrial maintenance. As a Utilities & Facilities Technician, you will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of a facility's physical structure and its various systems, including plumbing, water systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulation/ standards.
