A hospitality recruitment agency is seeking a Cook for a hotel in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Cook will prepare various food items for restaurants and room service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. Ideal candidates should have experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices. This role is critical for ensuring guest satisfaction through quality service.
Overview The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
