Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in luxury or upscale resorts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing key accounts and developing new business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets for rooms, villas, groups, and events.
• Source and contract new business from leisure, MICE, corporate, and high-end travel segments.
• Prepare and negotiate rate agreements, packages, and group proposals.
