The Client is currently engaged with Saudi-based organization on a critical strategic transformation engagement, to evolve its business model and unlock new, diversified sources of value creation in alignment with Vision 2030. Following recent portfolio changes, the client is reassessing its group strategy, capital deployment priorities, and governance model to ensure sustainable growth, resilient income streams, and disciplined investment decision‑making over the medium to long term

Ideal Candidate

Ideal Candidate is a Management Consultant, Tier 1 : McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) or Tier 2 : A.T. Kearney, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, Arthur D. Little, Roland Berger, Booz Allen Hamilton, L.E.K. Consulting, Monitor Deloitte. Candidate can come from anywhere, Europe, Asia, America, GCC, no restrictions

Tasks / Activities assigned

• Support the definition of the client’s medium‑term strategic ambition, including scale, profitability, income generation, and return objectives
• Conduct portfolio and market assessments, including attractiveness analysis, risk‑return profiling, and diversification logic
• Develop investment and growth theses across priority sectors and strategic themes aligned with national development priorities
• Contribute to capital allocation frameworks, governance structures, and role‑of‑center definition
• Build and maintain integrated financial models covering performance forecasting, capital deployment, and return scenarios
• Prepare Board‑ and Steering Committee‑ready materials, including strategic narratives, financial cases, and decision frameworks
• Support the development of a practical implementation roadmap, including KPIs, governance cadence, and initiative sequencing

Requirements of the position

• 4–12 years of experience in strategy / management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment advisory
• Strong grounding in corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, or group‑level planning
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, valuation, and business case development
• Experience across strategy, transformation, or portfolio‑level initiatives
• MBB Consulting background; experience must be gained in Consulting listed above
• Private sector experience is appreciated
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong problem‑structuring, analytical rigor, and storylining capability
