The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in wood fabrication and site execution, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality compliance. Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of proven experience in joinery/wood manufacturing and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, fabrication techniques, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical department for joinery projects.
• Review and approve joinery designs and shop drawings.
• Coordinate between design and production teams.
• Supervise draftsmen, engineers, and production teams.
