JASARA PMC is looking for a proficient Technical Engineer - Quantity Surveyor to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. Leveraging your expertise in quantity surveying and technical engineering, you will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget, playing a crucial role in our commitment to delivering high‑quality infrastructure in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential cost overruns.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to provide accurate financial reports.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, and variations as necessary.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Advise on procurement processes and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and technical engineering within the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of cost management and contract administration.
  • Proficient in relevant software such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
