Job summary

A leading hotel in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Team Leader - Reservations to assist with managing the Reservations Department. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to maximize room yield and deliver exceptional customer service in line with brand standards. The ideal candidate has a degree in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in a larger operation.

Overview

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Reservations is responsible to assist the Assistant Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with Hyatt brand standards.
Qualifications
