The Global Supplier Quality team ensures seamless industrialization, launch, and long-term excellence of innovative products. As a Supplier Quality Engineer for Methods & Process, you’ll help build, apply, and maintain the Global SQ QMS. You will report to the Manager of Supplier Quality and contribute to developing and adapting QMS standards for project and mass production phases.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and globally mobile—ready to execute across NA, Asia, EU, and KSA. A fast-paced, dynamic environment experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and development of adaptive SQ standards to support the launch of KSA operations
• Participate in applying SQ standards by conducting the necessary audits
• Develop SQ and supplier scorecards / bidlists
• Accelerate continuous improvement around Supplier Quality performance
• Share lessons learned for the continuous improvement of SQ standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing business
• Knowledge of APQP; auditing and capacity is a plus
• Project experience with supplier launches
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proven program management capabilities, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Hands-on supplier industrialization, supplier quality toolbox (ISO, IATF, DFM, GD&T) and automotive core pillars (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) experience
• Experience auditing suppliers and assessments using industry-standard methodologies
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data-driven problem-solving mindset
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, be part of the solution, and adapt to a dynamic working environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
