Responsibilities

• Handle Etimad portals and/or SAP Ariba.
• Manage various client portals and ensure documentation validity.
• Forward inquiries to respective salespersons and follow up.
• Prepare worksheets for proposals and secure approvals.
• Process purchase orders once RFQs are converted.
• Coordinate closely with logistics, finance, and technical teams.
• Visit clients to generate business and track leads.
• Submit detailed techno-commercial proposals as per client needs.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, deliveries, and payments.
