You will transform how Saudi Arabia builds and powers its digital future, helping Public Sector customers achieve technical goals and shaping their strategic vision and measurable outcomes in sustainable AI factories and next-generation data centers.
What you’ll do
Lead Strategic Customer Engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to Public Sector stakeholders, understanding strategic needs and ambitions.
- Translate complex requirements into tailored solution roadmaps including design validation, full-stack integration, or infrastructure optimization.
- Drive conversations with public sector stakeholders, positioning Submer as a long-term innovation partner.
Drive commercial growth
- Lead strategic sales initiatives focused on Public Sector large/giga-projects.
- Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities aligned with Submer’s value around sustainable, scalable infrastructure.
- Monitor industry trends, funding programs (e.g., PIF-backed AI and digital transformation initiatives), and regulatory developments to anticipate market shifts.
Foster cross-collaboration
- Partner with Solution Architects and internal teams to co-develop proposals delivering measurable business value.
- Align regional initiatives with Submer’s global strategy and ensure consistent execution.
- Provide structured feedback to product and R&D teams based on customer needs.
Build long-term partnerships and market presence
- Establish and nurture relationships with public stakeholders, strategic partners, and ecosystem players.
- Support customers beyond the sale to ensure long-term success and expand collaborations.
- Represent Submer at industry events, forums, and government initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the Kingdom.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA or postgraduate preferred).
- Proven track record in consultative, strategic sales in public sector or government environments.
- Experience navigating public sector procurement processes, regulations, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of data center, cloud, and IT infrastructure ecosystems, including design, integration, sustainability, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale initiatives like regional deployments, hyperscale data centers, or government-funded initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers in public organizations.
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with ability to identify opportunities through dialogue, data, and stakeholder insights.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across diverse public sector entities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
