Job summary

A consulting company is seeking an Oracle CRM Program Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Oracle CRM program. The successful candidate will manage complex multi-workstream delivery while ensuring adherence to Oracle methodologies and working closely with government and business operations stakeholders. Applicants should have 6-12 years of Program Management experience, preferably in the energy sector. Arabic speaking is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Strong experience delivering Oracle CRM initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Oracle program methodologies and CRM deployment approaches.
• Experience in the energy and utilities sector.
• Arabic speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle CRM program.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams, including business teams and Oracle SI partners.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support change management, training, and adoption planning.
