Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in project management or investment, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management/investment or real estate development.
• Knowledge of financial evaluation, investment models, and feasibility studies.
• Experience in dealing with consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of investment plans and report to senior management.
• Review investment opportunities and prepare executive summaries.
• Prepare reports on performance indicators and compliance.
