Job summary

A leading HR services company in Riyadh is looking for an HR Officer to handle recruitment, employee orientation, and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 2-3 years of experience in HR practices. Candidates must be proficient with government platforms and fluent in English and Arabic. This role also includes maintaining HR records and implementing departmental policies to achieve goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the same or related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic language.

Responsibilities

  • Administer recruitment, testing and selection procedures.
  • Implement activities related to recruiting and reviewing applications.
  • Prepare employment offers and contracts as per Saudi Labor Law.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and assist in training development.
  • Oversee HR systems and maintain employee records.
