Position: Retail Storekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. The candidate should also have experience with Autoline or a similar inventory management system and must be proficient in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect all incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels in the retail store
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment when necessary
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to management
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
  • Keep track of sales and inventory data and generate reports as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
