Job description

Job Purpose:

To perform stainless steel fabrication, assembly, and welding with high precision according to approved designs and engineering drawings. The role involves using modern techniques and professional cutting and welding tools to ensure high-quality outputs in terms of appearance, accuracy, and durability.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Welding & Fabrication:

• Perform stainless steel welding and fabrication according to required specifications.
• Read engineering drawings and blueprints accurately and convert them into executable work.
• Use cutting and welding tools (such as laser machines, mechanical cutters, TIG/MIG welding).
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and correct angles during manufacturing and assembly.

2) Machinery & Equipment Operation:

• Professionally operate stainless steel laser cutting machines.
• Set up and adjust machines before operation, and monitor production to ensure quality.
• Perform bending, cutting, and polishing work as required by the design.

3) Technical Drawings & AutoCAD:

• Be familiar with using AutoCAD to open and edit technical drawings.
• Convert engineering designs into machine operation commands (CNC or laser).
• Ensure the final product matches drawings and technical specifications.

4) Quality & Safety:

• Adhere to occupational safety standards during welding and fabrication operations.
• Ensure the cleanliness, quality, and proper finishing of produced items.
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet specifications before delivery.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Vocational certificate or technical diploma in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in stainless steel fabrication, especially in workshops or factories.
• Proficiency in TIG/MIG welding and the use of bending and cutting tools.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and its application for machine programming.
• Preference for candidates from Asian nationalities (Filipino, Indonesian, Nepali, Indian) due to specialized technical experience.
