Overview
STAFF NURSE III. In charge of providing comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and established requirements of nursing technique and performance.
Responsibilities
- Gives total client care as assigned according to the core requirements of individual care and established plans and evidence-based methods.
- Assumes responsibility for evaluating, planning, executing and assessing care as well as discharge preparation for each client.
- Adds to reducing the length of stay/waiting time according to unit-specific objective.
- Works in collaboration with Situation Management to accomplish goals.
- Records all appropriate info correctly, properly, and in a prompt fashion.
- Records tools failings, safety as well as safety problems, and/or reduction of supply inventory to Head Registered nurse or designee.
- Adds to the achievement of expense effectiveness savings on system.
- Maintains a recognition of resource application, exercising care in the ordering and use of staff, devices, as well as materials.
- Monitors activities in the patient waiting locations and notifies proper individuals of uncommon events.
- Follows all hospital related plans as well as treatments.
- Takes part in self and various other's education, training and growth, as relevant.
- Does various other associated responsibilities as designated.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing is needed.
- Experience: No experience is called for (on-job training).
- Other Needs: Current Registered Nurse Licensure from native land and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure is required. Specialized hospital training (e.g., midwifery or certified Nursing Aide) is needed.
