Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for EMR and documentation.

Job description

Position Overview

The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality patient care and support for cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. The role involves assisting doctors during treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety, maintaining clinical hygiene standards, and delivering exceptional service consistent with the clinic's brand and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Assist doctors in performing cosmetic / aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, Botox, fillers, chemical peels, PRP, skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and minor dermatology procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments before procedures.

Ensure correct patient positioning, comfort, and readiness for procedures.

Perform pre- and post-procedure patient care, including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and dressing.

Administer medications or injections as per physician instructions and protocols.

Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment logs.

Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.

Educate patients about procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare.

Ensure a comfortable, hygienic, and customer-friendly experience.

Address patient queries professionally and elevate concerns when required.

Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards at all times.

Manage consumables and stock levels; coordinate for replenishment when required.

Ensure timely preparation of procedure rooms before each appointment.

Assist with patient scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with the front office team if needed.

Follow clinic SOPs, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Support quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
