Alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems.

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under Alfanar Building Systems are:

• Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Managing and overseeing the execution of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinating with various teams on aspects like design, procurement, construction, and safety compliance. Providing technical expertise and support, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring project deliverables are met while maintaining efficiency and safety.

Key Accountability Areas

Project Planning & Scheduling:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to confirm project timelines and budgets.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or unforeseen challenges.

Resource Management:

  • Efficiently allocate resources such as personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment to meet project demands.
  • Monitor resource utilization to minimize costs and prevent delays.

Construction Supervision:

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Regularly inspect sites for quality control and design compliance.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Safety Management:

  • Enforce and promote safety standards on construction sites.
  • Conduct safety audits and lead training sessions for site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels.

Cost & Budget Management:

  • Monitor project expenses, ensuring adherence to the approved budget.
  • Review invoices and approve payments to contractors and suppliers.
  • Identify cost overruns and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Work with engineers, project managers, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Report on project progress, issues, and risks to senior management.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and address issues related to construction delays, technical challenges, or resource shortages.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to manage unforeseen challenges effectively.

  • Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
