Social Media Management


  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, carousels, stories, reels, blogs).

  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations to boost organic reach and community engagement.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce high-impact content.


Digital Marketing & Campaigns


  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

  • Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, ROAS, and CPA.

  • Conduct A / B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, segmentation).

  • Support SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content alignment.


Analytics & Reporting


  • Track, measure, and report on campaign and channel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, etc.

  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.


Collaboration & Strategy


  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and goals.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

  • Recommend and implement tools or automation to improve efficiency (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, Canva, Later, etc.).

  • 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing (agency or in-house).

  • Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving engagement / conversions.

  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

  • Experience managing paid social and search ad campaigns with measurable ROI.

  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
