A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Signage Production Supervisor cum site in charge to oversee production operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency in manufacturing processes, manage workflows, and maintain high quality standards. Responsibilities include setting objectives, organizing staff tasks, analyzing production trends, and supervising both production and site installation activities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to various indoor and outdoor signage projects.

Responsibilities

• Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees while checking production output according to specifications.
• Analyze production trends and conduct extensive cost-benefit analysis.
• Work closely with the production team to enforce and maintain quality standards.
• Calculate complete cost and estimate of a job, handling indoor and outdoor jobs.
• Attend client meetings regarding all jobs.
• Conduct installation site visits for final measurements.
• Supervise installation on site: Cladding, 3D signage, acrylic cut, etc.
