Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Services Marketing & Development Manager in Saudi Arabia to drive sales growth and develop new service products. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and presentation skills, be fluent in Arabic and English, and have advanced proficiency in MS Excel. This position requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

  • Drive Services Sales Growth through developing and improving Services Products.
  • Set yearly Services Sales Strategic plan based on input from other departments.

Job description
Services Marketing & Development Manager
  • Drive Services Sales Growth through developing and improving Services Products (VAS)
  • Set yearly Services Sales Strategic plan based on other departments’ input -mainly Operations and Purchasing and in line with the company Strategic direction.
  • Develop the short and long term plan for new services launches.
  • Responsible for the management of new services launch including the 3 months after launch stabilization.
  • Apply systematic search techniques to assure 100% update on the new and developing services.
  • Continuously improve and develop the existing services packages.
  • Collaborate with the services Managers to update the services strategies and road map.
  • Work with the marketing department to initiate the marketing plans for the year ahead.
  • Ensure continuous flow and analysis of customers’ feedback.
  • Reserve the Services brand through continues improvement of in-store Kiosks, counters … etc as well as value added services material used.
  • Define the set of measures and KPI that enable the monitoring of the progress toward the desired services sales goals.
  • Conduct (with the support of CRM & Marketing departments) customer surveys of the services offered by Company and rectify any outages.
