We ask

As a Senior ServiceNow IRM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative IRM solutions to our clients. You’ll lead projects, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the growth of our ServiceNow practice in a collaborative and international environment.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to lead engagements that drive value across asset optimization and risk mitigation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the analysis of our clients' Integrated Risk Management requirements.
• Taking charge of the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow IRM, including Security Operations solutions, while mentoring less experienced colleagues.
• Act as a IRM subject matter expert both for project team as well as towards the customer.
• Conducting and facilitating training sessions and workshops to introduce the ServiceNow platform in the IRM domain and demonstrate advanced solutions.
• Driving pre-sales activities and playing a key role in the preparation and presentation of proposals.
• Hands‑on configuration of ServiceNow IRM modules.
• GRC workflows.
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and ServiceNow customizations.
