Responsibilities
  • Review, evaluate, and analyze logistics training programmes with other RSAF Directorates and contractors, providing clear feedback to the (DoTC).
  • Provide recommendations to address shortfalls in training requirements and propose short- and long-term solutions for training and evaluation gaps.
  • Draft letters for RSAF approval.
  • Prepare formal and informal correspondence related to training and evaluation activities.
  • Maintain and track changes in RSAF regulations (Manuals).
  • Assist the Directorate of Technical Crew in meeting RSAF objectives.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the RSAF section manager at (DoTC).
Job Requirements
Essential
  • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in a military aviation environment with a proven track record.
  • Completed recognized training in Aviation or a related specialized course.
  • Degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., BS, BA, MS, Med, CMIPD, or HNC/HND with suitable experience).
  • Proven experience of at least 15 years in a training/evaluation environment, preferably at a senior supervisory level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
Desirable
  • Master’s Degree or higher qualification.
  • Project Management certification and experience with RSAF logistic manuals and regulations development.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
