A leading mining company in KSA is seeking a Senior Specialist in Branding to provide expert support for managing and facilitating brand marketing and corporate identity solutions. This role requires 6+ years of relevant experience and a strong ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. You will also need strong project management skills to ensure adherence to branding guidelines and develop strategic stakeholder relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required.

Design and plan brand solutions and implement all brand plans in line with identified requirements, signed‑off service level agreements; available resources and active stakeholder involvement
Ensure that brand guidelines are up‑to‑date, accurate and available and ensure that all applications are applied according to the brand guidelines and ensure all non‑compliant applications are amended

Ensure all brand elements and messaging are consistent with the broader corporate communications strategy and support brand requirements for all Corporate Affairs activities
Evaluate and respond to brand requests within the agreed service levels
Create branded material according to Affiliate requirements
Design and initiate brand implement plans in line with service level agreements with Affiliates support of the Ma'aden group and corporate affairs strategy;
Identify key branding and leveraging opportunities
Formulate a plan and ensure adherence to the brand marketing communications objectives
Manage the identified brand agency and ensure that all outputs are as set out in the strategy
Status reports on the progress of branding solutions against set objectives, cost effectiveness, time frames, standards and expectations of clients and other relevant stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the branding solutions against set objectives, standards, cost allocation, timeframes and clients (business units) and beneficiary expectations
Develop a framework for reporting and identifying key performance indicators and time frames
Keep and update the budget spend in line with project implementation, payments and disbursement of funds
To stay within the pre approved branding budget through effective management (review monthly)
Perform due diligence on planned and envisaged project implementation, including risk management strategies and project exit strategies
Ensure branding solutions/projects/interventions that are aligned to the company’s values and goals
Ensure that the corporate website is utilised optimally to ensure communication of the Brand to the broader Ma'aden community
