Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Security & Fire Life Safety Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive security/fire life safety strategies across our groundbreaking entertainment and leisure destination. This role is pivotal in ensuring the protection of physical and digital assets, the safety of employees and guests, and the resilience of the security/fire life safety infrastructure across all aspects of the project.

As a key leader, you will drive the planning, coordination, and implementation of security/fire life safety best practices, overseeing risk assessments, physical security measures, fire life safety provision compliance, Cybersecurity, emergency preparedness, and infrastructure security. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and coordination of security/fire life safety measures across our residential, retail, hospitality, office, and entertainment assets, reinforcing Qiddiya's commitment to delivering a safe and secure world-class destination.

Responsibilities
  • Security/Fire Life Safety Infrastructure Development: Contribute to the review and gap analysis of the planning, design, and implementation of Delta B Security/Fire Life Safety infrastructure, including both primary and secondary networks, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Technical and Commercial Assessment: Review, assess, and provide expert input on security/fire life safety infrastructure plans within the Detailed Master Plan, ensuring constructability, cost efficiency, and alignment with Qiddiya City Security and Fire Life Safety teams and current Kingdom Security/Fire Life Safety best practices.
  • Design Coordination: Ensure security/fire life safety infrastructure designs are technically sound, fully integrated with other disciplines, and proactively address any coordination concerns across engineering, operations, and technology teams.
  • Integration with District Assets: Lead the security/fire life safety infrastructure assessment process to ensure seamless integration with residential, retail, hospitality, office, leisure, and entertainment assets.
  • Design Review and Compliance: Monitor and track design review comments, ensuring all feedback is incorporated into design proposals and aligned with security/fire life safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Concept Development: Develop high-level security/fire life safety infrastructure concepts and blueprints for interim development stages, balancing innovation with feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide structured feedback and guidance to consultants, service providers, and internal teams, ensuring security/fire life safety infrastructure projects adhere to predefined standards and strategic objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Security/Fire Life Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 9-12 years of relevant experience in security/fire life safety management, risk mitigation, and operational security, with a strong track record in developing and implementing security/fire life safety strategies for large-scale developments.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing comprehensive security/fire life safety programs for complex, high-profile projects, including infrastructure security and fire life safety emergency response planning.
  • Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary security/fire life safety teams, foster collaboration, and drive operational excellence.
