Our client, a prominent luxury catering, banqueting and restaurant group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead a reactive sales and admin team.
The successful candidate will drive business growth by developing strategic goals, managing high-level client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of catering and conference events.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a sales and admin team of 6 by setting clear sales objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a motivated, high-achieving culture.
- Cultivate a collaborative team environment that promotes integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism across all levels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure flawless event execution and long-term business retention.
- Oversee catering and banquet operations, ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery across all departments.
- Partner closely with culinary and event teams to confirm event details and uphold the highest standards of food presentation and service.
- Lead client meetings, presenting venue features, customizing packages, and providing strategic event planning support.
- Act as a customer experience champion, resolving client concerns quickly and effectively while driving continuous service improvement.
- Communicate all event-related details clearly to relevant stakeholders, ensuring each function runs seamlessly from planning to execution.
- Monitor guest feedback, analyze service data, and implement improvements that elevate the customer experience and increase repeat business.
- Inspire team performance through training, regular coaching, and by creating an environment centered on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales or events within luxury hospitality, catering, or banquet operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized sales teams, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build long-term relationships.
- Deep understanding of banquet and catering operations, including interdepartmental coordination and event lifecycle management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor with a strong sense of integrity, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
