Kafou Energy Company is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Engineer/ Manager (BMS & Low Current Systems) to drive sales and business development for our Building Management Systems (BMS) & Low Current Systems portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, developing supplier partnerships, and positioning the company as a Trusted BMS integrator in the market. This role requires a strong mix of technical knowledge and commercial skills, with the ability to translate client needs into competitive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities in BMS and low current systems.
- Develop Technical-commercial proposals and lead negotiations with clients.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Contribute to market strategy and positioning of the company as a BMS integrator.
- Assist in developing pricing models, solution packages, and sales strategies.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Engage with suppliers and vendors to secure agreements, pricing, and technical support.
- Negotiate with clients and support closing deals within target timelines.
- Manage and update CRM pipeline with accurate sales activities.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth handover of awarded projects.
- Update CRM system regularly with leads, opportunities, and pipeline status.
- Responsible for direct sales, selling all types of technical solutions and products in Controls, Safety, Security and Energy Saving Systems. Capability to perform data collection, processing, and analysis for preliminary energy studies for commercial and industrial facilities.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- 7–9 years’ experience in BMS / Low Current Systems sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms, integration, and low current systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.).
- Proven ability in business development and supplier partnership management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English required.
