Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the national sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
• Drive revenue growth across all product and service lines.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing sales force across the mentioned countries.
• Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent performance management.
• Foster a results‑driven culture focused on client success and market expansion.
• Cultivate relationships with key enterprise clients, government entities, and strategic partners.
• Represent at industry events, forums, and executive meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
• Manage Vendor Relationships.
• Manage Government Relationships.
• Manage major SIs Relationship (SBM, Lead, Elm, etc.).
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data‑driven decision‑making.
