Job summary

A fast-growing PropTech company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive client acquisition and onboarding for real estate partners. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the real estate market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships to support growth targets.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in PropTech, real estate, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in client onboarding and platform engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage property developers and brokers to promote the platform.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process for property listings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage leads and sustain a healthy business pipeline.
  • Deliver presentations and platform demonstrations.
  • Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Manage client interactions and data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
  • Meet KPIs related to client sign-ups and engagement.
  • Monitor account activity and encourage renewals.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts.
