Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of project controls standards, processes, and procedures
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, costing, and risk management aspects of projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to track progress and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster communication and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Support project teams in providing training and guidance on project controls best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10 Years'' experience including 3 years'' experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control principles
• Proficient in project management software, including but not limited to Primavera P6 and other project controls tools
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls
