📢 Job Vacancy: Senior Operations / Project Manager (Oil & Gas)

AMCO SKILL GLOBAL is looking for a powerhouse leader to spearhead our operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a newly established manpower and services firm, we need a "hands-on" expert who can build and scale our operations from the ground up.

🧾 Role Overview

This is a critical leadership role. You will have full autonomy to manage end-to-end Oil & Gas operations, from site mobilization to high-level client relations with Aramco, SABIC, and Tier-1 EPC contractors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Operations: Manage shutdowns, maintenance, construction, and specialized technical works (Piping, Mechanical, E&I).
• Manpower Mastery: Oversee the deployment and performance of certified technical teams (Welders, Pipe Fitters, Riggers, etc.).
• Client Relations: Act as the primary face of the company for vendor registrations (Aramco/SABIC) and project coordination.
• Compliance & HSE: Ensure 100% adherence to Saudi Labor Law and rigorous site safety standards.
• Strategic Growth: Develop SOPs and provide data-driven insights to help the company expand its market share.

👤 Candidate Requirements (Strict)

• Experience: 12–15+ years in Saudi Arabia’s Oil & Gas sector.
• Track Record: Proven ability to manage operations independently; startup experience is a major plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of trade tests, certifications (TUV/Aramco), and site mobilization logistics.
• Education: Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum).
• Skills: Strong English communication (Arabic is a bonus) and a valid Saudi Driving License.
