We are seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement to join our team and lead our procurement functions to support our ambitious projects and strategic vision.

The Senior Manager, Procurement will be responsible for driving effective procurement strategies while ensuring that all sourcing activities are executed with precision and efficiency. This role is critical in managing supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes across various projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring that quality and cost objectives are met.
  • Oversee the complete procurement cycle, from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to understand procurement needs and effectively allocate resources.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Monitor procurement performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
